Spencer West Northern Ireland office advises The Clover Group in the successful purchase, refurbishment and reopening of historic Belfast bar.
Belfast based McMahon McKay, a Spencer West associated law firm, advised The Clover Group with the purchase, refurbishment and reopening of a historic Belfast bar.
The Clover Group were advised by the Commercial Property and Hospitality and Licensing team at McMahon McKay, which saw the Belfast venue undergo a successful £3m rebrand.
Purchased by The Clover Group a year ago, The Post House, in Malone Street, was redesigned by Dickson Fitzgerald Architects who carefully sought to reflect the building’s history as a Victorian Post House, including ensuring the frontage was changed to a more traditional elevation, in keeping with surrounding buildings.
The acquisition added one more venue to The Clover Group’s Belfast portfolio, where they specialise in regenerating and restoring Belfast’s most well-loved and historic establishments.
The reopening was featured in the Belfast Telegraph here.
