Amanda Lennon discusses Goldman Sachs unlimited holiday policy with GB News

Investment bank Goldman Sachs has said its senior staff will be allowed to take as much holiday as they want, in a new ‘unlimited holiday’ policy.

Our employment partner and HR and Wellbeing Director Amanda Lennon was featured in both International Employment Lawyer and HR Grapevine and also invited onto GB News to discuss the issues.

Amanda highlights the issues with policies like this, pointing out that it is unlikely to deal with issues of burnout among employees. To address burnout properly, Amanda says that employers need to address underlying issues of resourcing, long hours and corporate culture.
