Anne Mannix comments on supporting employees with rising inflation
Inflation is at the highest level in 40 years and the cost of living crisis is starting to bite for many households.

Anne advises employers to be flexible and understanding, saying: “Offering extra shifts for people who want to earn more may be appreciated.
“Some employees may also be forced to consider taking on another job to make ends meet, so having good lines of communication and being flexible and understanding to accommodate such requests may help.”
