Press Release | Spencer West Teams With London Business Hub To Provide Brexit Immigration Advice To Businesses Across London
LONDON, 4 FEBRUARY 2021 – International law firm Spencer West has this week launched a partnership with London Business Hub to provide essential immigration law advice to eligible microbusinesses and SMEs throughout London. Businesses who seek assistance through the London Business Hub, will have access to a free one-hour, bespoke immigration advice session to navigate the unique complexities arising in this post-transition period.
The London Business Hub — the Mayor of London business support initiative funded by the London Economic Action Partnership (LEAP) — appointed Spencer West to a panel of Expert Advisers based on the firm’s substantial immigration expertise and creative solutions acting on behalf of businesses and individuals. The programme is part of the initiative’s “EU Post-Transition Business Hub” created to provide Brexit-related advice to London based businesses. Immigration is one of the identified areas where the London Business Hub has selected partners to assist.
The advice is available to businesses through the end of March and is available on a limited, first-come, first-served basis.

Spencer West Immigration Partner Samar Shams says: “Leaving the EU has created complex questions for UK businesses employing EU citizens or undertaking business travel to and from EU countries. I want to applaud LEAP for addressing these concerns for small and medium sized businesses that form the backbone of our economy but may not have the resources to seek professional advice for every matter. This will help fill that void and will keep our economy and diverse workforce competitive.”
