Tamara Maduro is a Partner in Corporate Commercial, Banking and Financing Practice Group. She advises onshore law firms, banks and other financial institutions on the BVI aspects of corporate and finance transactions. She regularly advises in relation to syndicated finance, assets finance, bond and note issuances, project finance and property finance transactions. Tamara has worked on a number of high-profile finance transactions and has a good working knowledge of property and project finance transactions in Asia and Europe.
Tamara is also a Notary Public and a Commissioner for Oaths for the BVI.
