Cyril Dennemont is a Solicitor and Partner. He has over twenty years’ experience in advising clients on national and international matters relating to their employment, business, and commercial projects. He covers all aspects of human resources advice to employers including practical advice on equality, inclusion and diversity policies and procedures.
Cyril is experienced in handling high value termination contracts for senior executives in a wide range of sectors including banking and finance. He has acted as advocate on behalf of clients in mediation and arbitration hearings and is a highly skilled negotiator in all tiers within employment, commercial and corporate sectors.
Cyril has represented national and international corporations, blue-chip companies and public sector clients including NHS Trusts in employment, commercial, and civil cases at Tribunals, Employment Appeal Tribunals, High Court and Court of Appeal hearings.
He has vast experience of dealing with Government Departments and Embassies in the UK and globally. He has advised on large multi-jurisdictional cases for rail, mining, oil, and engineering and food projects throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Having previously worked as a Civil Servant at the Department of Employment and the Commission for Racial Equality under the Home Office, Cyril has optimised his extensive knowledge of navigating governmental and statutory regulations for the benefit of his clients.
Advising on business transactions in the UK and globally, he has wide experience of cultural, diplomatic, social, and political application, and understanding to assist international clients achieve their objectives and desired outcomes. Cyril is bilingual in French and English.
