David has a wealth of experience in all areas of corporate finance gained over more than 30 years in private practice in London and Hong Kong. He has led major securitisation programmes, run cross-border debt restructurings, advised company directors and interim managers and structured hedge and other funds.
He has led legal teams and offices in London, Beijing, Brussels, Hong Kong and Singapore.
In addition, David has held non-executive director positions, including senior independent director and deputy chairman, at a number of listed companies engaged in sectors including vehicle telematics and oil services.
