Nick Benson

Nick works with a variety of business clients, protecting their legal interests and providing strategic advice to suit their commercial goals and their business cultures.

Nick has been a qualified and practicing solicitor since 1990. Initially, he worked in private practice and specialised in employment law. (He was a partner and head of the employment law team at Michelmores LLP, for ten years.)

More recently, Nick has worked as an employed, in-house lawyer, undertaking general commercial work. (He was Head of Legal at the UK Met Office for seven years and General Counsel to the European Centre for Medium Range Weather Forecasts for four years.)
