Jennifer Andrews

I pride myself in my personable and authentic approach, I’m not a lawyerly lawyer, and won’t simply recite the law in response to a problem. I like the opportunity to build strong and sustainable relationships with clients as this gives me the opportunity to greater understand the culture of the company together with the personalities across it. From this I can create tailored solutions to HR challenges and also be proactive in terms of HR and people management strategy for the future of the business.
