Natalie qualified at former West End firm SJ Berwin in 2004 where she gained experience in Real Estate, Commercial Litigation, Private Equity and Financial Services. Post qualification she set up her own firm called Westmans Law which specialised in residential and commercial Real Estate. It was during this time in early 2007 when bulk conveyancing firms started developing, and a smaller firm which gave personalised attention and the same solicitor on the case from start to finish was much appreciated by clients. Following that time, Natalie moved to Selig & Partners Solicitors as a consultant, where she developed her clientele, skills and knowledge in the Real Estate department and eventually founded the practice’s Probate & Wills department.
Her experience in Real Estate, besides residential conveyancing, includes advising on new build projects and developments for small to medium sized developers, and acting on sales and purchases of ground rent investments for various portfolios. She also advises on leasehold extensions and collective enfranchisement matters.
Natalie’s Probate and Wills experience often overlaps with property advice, and she is well placed to advise on issues of inheritance tax and estate planning in that context.
