Although Ted is best known for his work in relation to communications industries both in the UK and abroad, a long career has provided experience in a number of different areas including public law and in particular the cross-over between public and commercial law and property litigation. He has had two cases in the Supreme Court / Privy Council in the last couple of years. Because of many years spent as head of the Technology Practice Group in a large City law firm, he has a considerable non-contentious knowledge particularly in relation to new and disruptive technologies and industries, so as to be able to help technology based companies, whether they be in regulated industries or not. He has all round experience in property litigation, having acted for a very substantial West End landlord.
Ted has a niche practise in the Alternative Investment Market world, advising issuers and retail investors.
