Amanda Lennon discusses work from home and flexible working with Nigel Farage on GB News

“Is working from home now almost becoming a right?” That was the question posed to Employment Partner and HR and Wellbeing Director Amanda Lennon when she appeared on GB News with Nigel Farage this week. 

Discussing working from home, flexible working and office collaboration, Amanda said “I think employees are now in a stronger position to negotiate working from home on a more permanent basis” adding “covid has taught us that people can be productive working from home”.

Speaking about the effect on younger people starting out in their careers Amanda agreed that they “need more interaction face to face than people who have developed their careers and know how to build relationships”.
