With advances in technology allowing for improvements to the practice of law, there is even more need for law professionals to develop soft skills.

Law Gazette takes a deep dive into the subject of how human attributes are imperative to engaging and building relationships with clients and Senior Partner and Co-Founder Simeon Spencer shared his views.

In the context of remote and hybrid working Simeon says: “We have embraced technology to allow for more virtual meetings, less commuting and a better work/life balance. Simeon also states that it is “vitally important that lawyers develop their ability to actively listen, thereby showing others that they are ‘a respectful and valuable legal colleague’.”
